Vasu M Deshpande is a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in program management and leveraging the power of IT to solve common issues. He is currently the CEO of Easylib Software Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of end-to-end solutions for the management of educational institutes. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as one of the most advanced packages worldwide in the library management segment, with over 500 clients in 8 states in India and 6 countries worldwide. In addition to his role at Easylib, Vasu is also the CEO of Finvensys Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he led the design of a platform that connects students to lenders, donors, trusts, and institutes to help them get money for their education. The platform also helps institutes manage their alumni database, helps trusts manage events, write project plans, and raise funds for their projects. Currently, eight institutes have signed up for this platform, and over 50,000 alumni relations are maintained through it. Prior to his current roles, Vasu worked at Apple as Consulting Project Manager, where he managed various projects in the area of Global Business Intelligence. He also worked at Infosys Foundation as Program Manager, where he built over 2,200 houses under the North Karnataka Flood Relief Program and over 12,000 toilets under the Parishudh Initiative. He was also a Group Project Manager at Infosys, where he handled various key information technology accounts. Vasu has a diverse educational background, including a PMP certification from PMI, a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gulbarga University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from Yoga University of the Americas, a Professional Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a CSCP certification from APICS.
